Ethel Tremaine Robinson Foundation
Co-founded by Posro Media CEO Roland Laird, and affiliated with the New York Area chapter of the Inman Page Black Alumni Council of Brown University, The Ethel Tremaine Robinson Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit corporation whose mission is to promote innovative and strategic African-American philanthropy among Brown alums. Since its founding in 2005, the non-profit has organized and directed the philanthropic and volunteer efforts of Brown University graduates and their associates towards organizations and individuals that enhance the life opportunities, primarily of but not limited to African-Americans, and also towards organizations and individuals that promote diversity in society.

The ArtPRIDE NJ Foundation
The ArtPRIDE New Jersey Foundation, Inc. provides leadership in strengthening the vital role of the arts in New Jersey’s quality of life, education and economic growth. Posro Media President Taneshia Nash Laird serves on the foundation’s Board of Directors.

Henry J. Austin Health Center
Established in Trenton, NJ in 1969, and named after an African-American, Princeton resident, who came to Trenton to practice medicine since Jim Crow laws prohibited this in his own home town, Henry J. Austin Health Center provide quality, primary health care services in a culturally sensitive manner and with respect and dignity to the Trenton community. Posro Media President Taneshia Nash Laird is a board member at HJA and chairs its strategic planning committee.

Passage Theatre Company
An award-winning professional theatre company based in Trenton, NJ, Passage Theatre develops and produces boundary pushing and stylistically adventurous new works for the theatre that entertain and challenge a diverse audience. Roland is a Passage board member.
